SHIPPING POLICY
From Monday to Friday Sunraysia Supplements will have online order picked, packed, and shipped out (once payment has been confirmed).
Next business day package will be sent through Australia Post, tracking number will be sent via text to mobile number or email address provided on order, the order can be tracked on the Australia Post app.
Orders will be left at the shipping address provided if it is safe to do so, otherwise, it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection.
Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day (not public holidays).
Once parcel has been sent and tracking has been sent, Sunraysia Supplements do not have any responsibility for damage or loss of any items, customer will need to contact Australia Post direct.
Click & Collect – Mildura Customers
Customers within a 30km radius of Mildura may choose our convenient Click & Collect option at checkout.
- Order Processing: Once an order is placed online, customers will receive a confirmation email. A second notification will be sent when the order is ready for collection.
- Collection Location: Orders can be collected from our Mildura store during standard trading hours.
- Identification: Customers must present their order confirmation (printed or digital) along with valid photo identification at the time of collection.
- Collection Timeframe: Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
- Authorised Collection: If someone is collecting on behalf of the customer, prior notice must be provided, and the authorised person must present valid identification.
- Order Changes: Once an order is confirmed as ready for collection, no changes or substitutions can be made.
This service is available only to customers living within a 30km radius of Mildura who nominate our store as their collection point.
