REFUND POLICY

Sunraysia Supplements will comply with all Australian and State Laws including the Australian Consumer Law.
Return of goods and provide a full refund (including shipping costs) where:

  • The goods are not the item/s ordered (incorrect supply) or
  • The goods are defective when supplied (photo proof is required)

SUPPLEMENT RETURNS
Approval to return the goods must be obtained from Sunraysia Supplements (in writing). The returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and returns form obtained. The refund will only be provided when the goods have been received by Sunraysia Supplements and have been inspected to determine whether item/s are in ‘as sold’ condition.
This includes damage to the packaging, and item is still sealed.
Where either the goods or packaging are damaged or unsealed (opened security and freshness seal), refund will not be provided.
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.

APPAREL RETURNS
1. 7 to 14 days from date of purchase

2. Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

3. Receipt of order confirmation will be required

4. Refunds are processed through bank account details (BSB and Account Number)

5. We also allow exchanges if you have the wrong size. Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

6. Clearance or "final sale" items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

7. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

8. An email must be sent to phillip@sunraysupps.com.au advising of the return or exchange prior to sending the item back in the mail

Please Note: It is recommended that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as Sunraysia Supplements are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
