Berberine is a bitter bright yellow natural compound found in various plants. Our Berberine+ capsules contain naturally occurring berberine from Berberis aristata plus chromium from chromium picolinate.

Berberine has been shown to activate an enzyme called AMPK which may be involved in maintaining healthy metabolism in normal individuals.

AMPK is partly responsible for supporting normal glucose uptake into cells which may help support healthy blood sugar balance in healthy individuals and support energy metabolism.

How to use

Serving Size: 250 mg (2 Capsules)

Consume 1 serve before a meal or as recommended by your health care provider.

Do not consume more than 1 serve daily.
